Part of what most threatens our sense of well-being (and stability in a relationship) is our undetected voice of negativity. It presents itself as a street-smart, practical protector. In fact, it's self-generated, untethered to reality and part of the archetypal journey from Egypt (Mitzrayim in Hebrew) we are all meant to travel. How do we detect it? How do we cease to buy into it?
